John’s principles of fairness are unwavering.

John Butler is the Firm’s Administrator, Investigator and Licensed Insurance Adjuster. “Fair” and “Just” are John’s principles. From being in this industry for over 20 years, John has extensive experience in the prosecution of catastrophic claims; complex litigation; personal injury; wrongful death; UM/UIM; products liability; premises liability; medical malpractice; property damage; fire damage; bad faith; landlord ∓ tenant; PIP claims; declaratory actions; coverage disputes; condominium claims; contracts; medicare/medicaid and ERISA claims.

For the past 20 years, John attends all trials and is instrumental in jury selection and trial strategies. John has worked for both the insurance company and the plaintiff, however, he has dedicated the last 19 of his years to only assisting plaintiff’s in the prosecution of their claims. Due to his experience, John is very familiar with the insurance company’s business practices and claims handling practices. He will fight to assist all of the firm’s clients in obtaining a “fair” result.

John is a life long resident of Tampa. He is a graduate from Bloomingdale High School and the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and a member of the Egypt Temple Shrine. He does volunteer work for the National Kidney Foundation and the National Cancer Society and the Shriner’s hospital. His hobbies include racquetball, golf, fishing and water sports.
